Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is available to help clients through life stressors, mental health challenges, and overall healing. The therapist works with clients to develop a personalized treatment plan which meets their needs and concerns. Therapeutic interventions are utilized to help alleviate clients distress and provide relief. Individual therapy can help with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship patterns, communication and many other life challenges.

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling provides the opportunity for couples to strengthen connections as well as explore current stressors within their relationship. Some common concerns addressed in couples therapy are communication styles, conflict resolution and relationship goals. Gottman research and workings are used to help couples enhance friendship, connection and meaning within their relationship.

Online Counselling

Online counselling is a great option for individuals who prefer to receive counselling in the comfort of their own home. Secure platforms are used to ensure client confidentiality and safety. Whether you maintain a busy schedule, live remotely or have trouble traveling, virtual therapy may be the right fit for you. No matter what the reason may be, I am here to support you through phone or videoconferencing. 

ICBC 

If you have been in an accident and have an open claim with ICBC, and have either a claim number, or are already working with a lawyer, you are likely eligible for counselling.

 

To book your first session, all we need from you is:

  • Your birth date

  • The accident date

  • Claim number

  • If it has been over 12 weeks since your accident, a doctor referral form
